Free Download Antivirus Program Questions asked

Open Question: Internet Connectivity-Desperate?

About a day ago I was online and I got infected with the "Security Suite" and "Security Tool" malware programs. Both of these programs prevented me from going online or accessing programs. I believe I was eventually able to remove the malware through the use of malwarebytes, Spybot-Search and destroy, and others. I basically followed all the advice on this page to eliminate the malware and repair damage: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/239851-49-simple-free-guide-removing-malware After I think I got rid of the malware, I test basic computer functions including the Internet and everything worked fine. I was connected and it was fast. I then started downloading some antivirus software. While I was downloading Avira I stepped away and the computer reset I believe as part of the installation. I cam back and Avira was installed but the Internet connection was down. In the task bar it said I had limited or no connectivity. At first I tried to continue to scan for other malware. Then I decided to enable all system and boot items that I disabled through msconfig. No effect. I tried using the Internet diagnostic tool to renew the IP address, disconnected and reconnected the cables. I should mention that my ISP is AT&T and for my desktop I use a plug link device that hooks to a wall outlet for Internet connection. During this entire time my laptop wireless is working perfectly fine. I contact AT&T tech support and we go through making sure all the wires, lights, and plugs are on and in their right positions. I tried using different wall outlets, different cables and tech support refreshed my router. We try to renew the IP address through the cmd prompt but it fails. The IP address I get when I type in ipconfig is 169.254.170.221 with a subnet mask: 255.255.0.0 Next we tried releasing and renewing the IP addresses. We tried going into the TCP/IP Internet Protocol to manually put in an IP and DNS address but during this entire time I still see limited or no connectivity. However I do see that when I look under the status of the connection, it says under activity that about 50 packets are being sent and eventually as we fiddle with setting it says 3 are being received. Going through device manager indicates that the adapter is working fine. I've deleted the Avira program and restarted the computer multiple times. After more than an hour with tech support he says that the only thing he can think of is that the hardware might be defective. I'm just not convinced of that because of the very recent malware activity and the fact that the connection was working fine after I thought I removed the malware. All other programs and functions appear to be working as well. When I was dealing with the malware, I had started the computer in safe mode with connectivity and even then I was able to use the Internet however since I eliminated the malware and installed Avira I am not even able to access the Internet or renew the IP in safe mode. I just need some help, advice, or options. I'm starting to spend more time trying to restore Internet to my pc than dealing with the malware lol. I don't want to try anything drastic like wiping out and starting over from scratch. I can't seem to access any earlier restore points. I'm also using windows XP Pro 32 bit upgraded to service pack 3. more

Voting Question: Necessary to get antivirus software?

Is it necessary to purchase antivirus software for my computer or is there a free utility that I can download that will serve the purpose of what the antivirus software does? Voting Question: Some good, preferably free/cheap alternatives to Norton AntiVirus and Internet Security?

So, I recently got a new hard drive put in, and with it came new programs (I lost all my old hard drive's data when it died... oh well, fresh start for me). But, uh... no antivirus or internet security programs. Whoops. So... I ask of you, could anyone recommend some really good programs? I'm used to using Norton AntiVirus and Internet Security, but I can't install THOSE (I have the disc, but not the serial number - I can't find the damn box it came in. Old copy). Resolved Question: Who uses norton 360 garbage...?

Wow just a little note to other people that use norton 360. It is absolute garbage. After having used this product for 2 years I got tired of the slow performance and poor protection. I should not have to get other programs to erase a virus that gets around my antivirus. I finaly uninstaled it and downloaded a free antivirus called Avast. Its crazy that a free antivirus could pick up so many things that Norton couldnt find or fix. Computer performance is much less glitchy and faster now as well. Just thought I would throw that out there for some of you who have the same problem as me. more

Resolved Question: Should I allow programs without digital signature to run in windows XP?

I downloaded one necessary software (freely available in internet) and installed it. After that my active antivirus (kaspersky) gave me warning that a program related to the one I installed, lacking any digital signature is trying to run. It is asking me whether I should allow it freely to run or allow it to run in restricted way. What should I do? How important is this issue of program without digital signature regarding security of my operating system? Is there any way to get digital signature for the free softwares I download?I actually downloaded and installed two softwares, namely Texmaker and Winshell, both are used for writing nad compling in latex (a documentation system often used for scientific works) in windows. Then due to difficulty I removed the Winshell and kept the Texmaker. I think this one is giving rise to the warning message. more

Resolved Question: Why isn't Malwarebytes Anti-Malware finding the virus on my computer...?

Salut, all. My computer got a virus two days ago that prevents me from opening any executable files (basically, I can't do anything, because every executable file is "infected," according to this malicious program masquerading as a security suite). It's from "antivirone.com." I went on to IE8 and disabled (un-checked) the "Use Proxy server" option, applied the change. I have Vista, BTW. I restarted in Safe Mode (with Networking) and was able to download a free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (version 1.46), performed a "Quick Scan," and the program found nothing suspicious in the registry. So does that mean I need to get the full, latest version ($24.95) of Malwarebytes, or is there some other operation I should be performing or some other antivirus/antimalware software I should be running? Thanks! more

Resolved Question: How can I get rid of TVshack.cc (or tvshack.net)'s virus?

Okay, so this isn't really a question, it's an answer. TVShack.cc (formerly tvshack.net before the us gov shut them down) is a place where you can stream tv shows. Recently I visited their website and I got a uber-irritating virus. It basically has error messages that tell you to install their antivirus. Also, anytime you try to start the task manager or any admin tasks it comes up with an error message. You are essentially locked out of your computer. So here's what I did to solve the issue and if you have anything to add about your experience, please do so. I am not technically minded so anyone with more specific details should answer with those. I have a HP and use windows 7. 1. Restart Computer in Safe Mode. I couldn't restart it, so I unplugged the battery so that it would shut down incorrectly and then allow me to start in Safe Mode 2. Once it starts in Safe Mode, open task manager, go to the Processes tab (not applications - it's one right from the main tab) and look for processes that look sketchy. If you've never looked in your task manager processes, then you won't realize which ones are different from the regular processes. I found about seven process running all with names like security suite or something. I also found that they were near the top of the list of processes and not near the bottom. Many processes say that if you close them it may harm the functionality of your computer, just shut them down anyway (or ask for help with someone who knows a few things about computers). Don't close anything that you normally use (programs that you want on you PC). 3. In Safe Mode I didn't see any popups. After I closed those processes, I restarted my computer in Safe Mode with Networking capability to look at the internet. I downloaded and installed SpyBot (an anti adware program that is free) and Malwarebytes an anti malware program that is also free. I used wikipedia to find the correct links because sometimes other websites pose as antimalware sites and are really just going to f-up your computer. 4. After running both of those programs after closing the processes I restarted my computer in normal mode and haven't seen any trace of the virus in two days. I hope this helps. Again, if you've had this experience, please share the details of what you went through. Also, if you know more about computers and can add helpful details please do. Best answer goes to most helpful answer. :-) (also having this virus professionally removed should cost you between 60-120) more

Resolved Question: Need help with a virus, Win XP?

Help, caught virus, Win XP, avast not detecting it? I was looking for news(I swear it wasnt porn lol) and suddenly a virus downloaded to my computer as soon as I opened the website I found with google. It was letting me very obviously know it was there. It started popping windows telling me I got infected and wanting me to download their software. After few attempts to download free version of avast (that dint work because the virus blocked all internet websites besides the one it wanted me to download from) I pulled the internet cord out. I went on my husbands Mac and downloaded the Avast from there and put it on memory stick. I installed it on my comp. First I ran a quick scan which didnt detect anything. Then I ran complete system scan and that didnt detect anything neither. So I connected the internet plug and in a rush I downloaded an update for avast and then unplugged it again. I rant the scan one more time and again, no threats detected. What should I do? Is there anything besides wiping the system clean? Like some good antivirus? Also I downloaded anti-spyware programs and tried to run those. This virus is blocking all executable files, I cannot open them. Ut does notlet me run even windows task manager. As soon as I ctrl alt delete, it pops a windows saying that program is infected and cannot be executed. Same thing when I try to run or install the antispyware. Also to add to it, the recomended malwarebytes.org software cannot be run, the virus won't let it. more

Voting Question: what is a really good anti-virus program?

ok so i got this virus the other day and i think it might be a trojan, so i need a program that will 1)get rid of the trojan, 2) get rid of any other viruses that i might have 3)keep me from getting me new ones and 4) is around $30, right now i'm using avast free antivirus but it's not that great and most free programs aren't good, but i download some torrents and rapidshares and i can never tell if there is a virus or trojan in it so i think it would be best if i just got a good antivirus program, please help more

Voting Question: Could there still be threats even though my Antivirus program says there aren't any?

I use the free edition of avast! I tried downloading a program that ended up being full of viruses. avast! blocked several threats, i ran a Malwarebytes scan and it picked up and removed 3 more threats, then i ran a full system scan in avast! and it picked up and removed 1 more threat. Now when i run a scan it says that 0 threats were found. Should i trust it? I do all my banking and bill payments online so I am not 100% sure that all is well. Should i maybe have a 'professional' take a look at my laptop to make sure? more

Resolved Question: False Security Suite virus?

Resolved Question: PLEASE HELP!!! My computer keeps getting worse and I tried everything!?

Last week antivir solution pro downloaded itself on to my computer, I booted it up in safe mood unchecked the proxy server (because it was taking over my internet) ran trendmicro antivirus and antispyware scan deleted trojans found on there.Turned off what the virus activated upon start up. Searched for and deleted files relating to this virus, deleted other unwanted programs that I dont use like MacAffee scan trial and basically other free trial programs that I didnt need. I did not delete any necessary programs. Ever since then my computer has been getting worse. Trend micro no longer can complete virus scans because some program is forcing it to shut down. Trend micro will also no longer update. I downloaded Microsoft security esssentials and as of today it keeps popping up saying I have a trojan then when it tries to delete it, it says not found. Trend micro keeps popping up saying i have a threat on my computer but it wont finish its scans. I looked up the trojans that the other software detected and they are actual trojans its not like its detecting another program that really isnt a virus. My computer is so slow. It does not respond half the time I try to use it. I need to finish my classes online soon and it is becoming impossible to do with the state of my computer. I also cant take my computer anywhere to get fixed because I recently had knee surgery I was in the hosipital for a week and I have only been home 2 weeks. I have physical therapy every day and I have to do it for 6 hours. So I do not have the time or ability to take my computer anywhere. My laptop is not that old I got it maybe 6 months ago. Please help, I really need to finish my classes and I dont have the mobility to go anywhere else to work on the classes or to get my cmoputer fixed. Any suggestion??? Oh and I know this is long, I am sorry. I am just freaking out right now.Oh, are there any other things I could do that could also help speed up my computer?? Resolved Question: Hey need a little more help. Security tool virus is still trippin on my pc.?

.Back story: I downloaded some game, got Security Tool virus and maybe others. Did some research, read I should download a security scan, then, malwarebytes, then antis-pyware, or try to manually remove the virus(es) or buy anti-spyware/removal like AVG and let them do it. Well first I tried downloading a scan and malwarebytes, but only after restarting my computer in safe mode was I able to run the programs. Then I did a system restore.????? And no sign of the virus but I wonder if u do that, does Security Tool reallly completely go away? and not show up disguised with its files. Anyway I did the first two steps,(wish I knew how to it manually do it) Now recently took my hp windows 7 desktop to geek sqaud (because of security tool,) They ran a free diognostics and said they found some viruses, and wanted me to pay 200 dollars for them to fix it. I said no cause I would like to fix it manually first, then if that don't work, buy good, fairly inexpensive security software with nice warranty/coverage/and support and that won't slow down my pc.But I also read I would have to Disguise/change the new securtiy program or files to prevent any viruses from detecting and blocking it? ls this neccasary? If so how do I it? (And will TREND MICRO ANTIVIRUS + ATISPYWARE CD work.) Hey need a little more help.THANK YOU! more

Voting Question: my laptop is freezes after a couple of minutes and i don't know if it has a virus or...?

So I have a ONE year old laptop that after it's year mark of subscription, it's virus protection (Webroot) expired. Two weeks later, which is the problem i have now, I turn it on, it loads everything up, but when I try running stuff like the internet or iTunes or this virus protection i got, it freezes but my mouse will be able to work and move around. Eventually, since there's no point of having it on if it's frozen and not responding, I shut it down by holding the power button for a long time. Sometimes, when i try going on safe mode, it'll stay on this black screen, frozen. I went to geek squad at bestbuy, and the man helping me said that he'd have to diagnose it and see whats wrong, then repair it but dude, it's $200! ALOT. He said it may be because I downloaded two Antivirus programs, but I downloaded those BECAUSE i thought it would help my computer with it's problems. Didn't work. When they scan for viruses, they both freeze. They are MalwayreBytes (spelling wrong maybe) and Super antispyware free edition and stupid webroot. He said it may be a problem internaly. I have no idea what I can do to help it, but if there's anything I can do, please give me an answer. I miss my laptop, and I'd like to save some of the memory (like photos, music, etc, etc) if i can, if not, oh well. Thanks. <3oh yeah, and sometimes, it'll say it needs to check a disk and i have '_' secounds to press any button if i do not wanna continue. i have NO disk in my computer, so idk why it says that... more

Resolved Question: I am getting popups from antivir HELP!!!?

I was watching a tv show on tvshack and then I began getting popups saying that my computer was infected. I never downloaded anything though, it was as if it downloaded itself on its own. I have not actually downloaded the malware because I suspected that it was a virus as soon as it came up. However, it still wants me to buy it and I cannot get its "warning messages"to go away. I have tied system restore but for some reason or another it was turned off?! So I do not believe that will work. I have avast (the free version) and did a full system scan while the popups were on my screen and it picked up nothing! If I download and pay for a better antivirus will it be picked up? Please remember: I have not actually downloaded the program. Every tutorial I've seen online is what to do after it has been downlaoded. Thank you for any help. Cameron more

Resolved Question: Smart Informed Computer and Internet Technology person please help: Firewall, Antivirus(or Anti Malware)?

I just bought my new labtop, its a toshiba A665 with i3 processor and windows seven. 1)I'm pretty sure i'm going to install google chrome as my browser-but if you have any better suggestion, I would appreciate the suggestion and argument for and against it. 2)I don't want to spend any more money on additional programs, I know it is a valuable investment but, I've spent a lot already. So this question is, which free Firewall program should I choose to download, and why of course? This is my first computer so I dont know much about this stuff. So what does the firewall really do? For what sort of stuff do i need it? 3) Again, Im looking for a free Antivirus or Anti Malware program to download? What is the difference between these two types of programs? Which one do I need, and why? If both reccomend one for each. Thank You All very much, I know that this is a a big question made up of lots of other questions. Resolved Question: Windows defender and avira antivirus turned off on windows 7?

I restarted my computer and it seems to be working fine now but.. This hasn't exactly happend before. I have 3 programs installed, Avira Antivirus free, Malwarebytes, and Superantispyware all from cnet. They are all up to date. I have not downloaded anything over the past few weeks. In my start menu, i clicked "Superantispyware alternate start" since i have never seen it before. I have not put in my license number. After that, nothing had popped up. I restarted my computer and avira and windows defender was turned off (showed in flag warning). I couldn't turn them back on! I restarted my computer once again, and it works fine. WHat was that all about? Is it a virus? Will scanning with avira and superantispyware fix it? Am i overreacting? If you could try to answer MOST question i will mark it best answer.TO malwareelminator: I searched online to see the alternate program, apparently it is used when the desktop version cannot be opened due to malware. I also have it on another computer also. It seems legit.SAS includes an option to start the program using Alternate Start. This is designed to allow the program to start if a malware is targeting SAS (which is common nowadays!) by blocking the malware scanner in running. Note that if Alternate Start will again prevent to the program to run, the vendor is offering a download version of SASSAFERUN.COM and RUNSAS.EXE. SAS includes a utility called BootSafe. This is not required in using the program (see FAQ about BootSafe utility in SAS) but available for users who want to quickly boot the system in safe mode. Resolved Question: Best Antivirus Programs?

Alright, I don't want people trying to tell me to download some free crap just for the sake of it being free. In my past experience, you get what you pay for with free...nothing. I've used both AVG and Avast, both of which have been terrible. Currently I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials with Malwarebytes, and I'm not particularly impressed by it either. I don't mind dishing out some money for a good anti virus I can rely on. So, in your opinion what is the best out there? I use my computer for online classes, a little bit of social networking and photo sharing (like facebook and deviantart), and over all random web surfing if this information helps any. more

Voting Question: China's Antivirus change my computer's language.?

I had downloaded an anti virus from China to deal with a virus that infected my Internet Explorer. This is not the first time I use this free anti virus from China, I used it for 3 to 4 times because of its good reputation in its country for fixing the virus I was infected. As usual, the anti virus removed the infected registry away, yet I noticed there is something different with my computer. Most of the commands in my computer, such as when I right click at the desktop toolbar to close/maximize/minimize, it show me Chinese commands . I realized the same thing happened to me during the usage of Internet Explorer, where after I right click-> Save background as/ image as/target as, the pop out window asking the location on "where do you want to save your file" also in Chinese. Not longer afterward, I found out my task manager also change its appearance, looking like Window 98's version with Chinese written all over it. I tried various approaches, including changing the regional option in my control panel. Apparently my language option still remain as English (United State) and not other part of my computer's system had this problem, only occurring at some specific commands, like when I right click at my desktop toolbar's items, or right click to save something from Internet Explorer, or in my task manager. I am eager to know how to fix the problem. Although I had no problem in reading Chinese, I found this is irritating and very unpleasant, especially I am upset with the ugly look of the task manager. Please help me, I am using Window XP with Vista theme. Thank you very much. PS: I know this problem is caused by the anti virus program, I had always be very careful in using the foreign anti virus due to sometime its system not compatibility with Microsoft Windows. The problem occured right after I cured the virus and could not even be fixed by rollback or system restore. more

Resolved Question: What is the best Antivirus to use?

So I've been using AVG for two years now and it has done it's job well. So i was wondering what anti virus programs would you recommend? Preferably one that can let me install it onto two computers. If it helps I have a gateway desktop running XP and a laptop running on Vista. I download music quite often and rarely download from torrents. Oh and please don't tell me to go with a "free anti virus". I found trojan horses on my friends flash drives who were running free anti viruses. After i discovered the trojan horses, they checked their computers and sure enough their computers were infected. The free programs they were using did not detect the infection and did not even try to block it. Every time i scan their flash drives I find more malware even after i've cleaned it out days before. Like i said before, i've been using AVG and my computers are clean. Why would i want to risk using something thats free and does not give me the same quality of protection? more

Resolved Question: Downloaded Avast antivirus and the network connection symbol at bottom right of screen has gone!?

I downloaded Avast (free) antivirus program and now the network connection symbol / icon that shows the internet connection (local / local & internet) at the bottom right of the screen has gone. Does anyone know why this has happened and how I can get it back? I right clicked on where it used to be and clicked on 'properties' and 'notification area' and where it says 'clock, volume, network, power' the network tick box is grayed out so I can't even select it ! Has this happened to anyone else and what did you do about it ? Thanks more

Resolved Question: What's the best free antivirus program (plus BQ)?

I'm looking for a better free antivirus program. I currently have AVG, but it never finds anything. Which free antivirus program do you consider the best? I was going to download one that starts with an A, but I can't remember the name. BQ: My neighbor used to use AVG as well, but he came to the same conclusion that it sucks. He uninstalled his AVG and programed his Spybot to run once a day like his AVG used to. My question is would Spybot protect a computer like an antivirus program would? Thanks for the help!!!yes, i was thinking of avast! thanks!!! more

Resolved Question: PC Audio and video stutters to crawl?

Hi all, So recently, i noticed some stutters occurred whenever there's a sound on my PC (even the 'POP' sound when we safely remove flash drive) and the flv videos also have the same problem. As if somebody clicking pause-play-pause-play at an enormous speed. My PC System: Windows XP Intel(R) Core (TM)2 Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20GHz 2.20GHz, 2.00GB of RAM I don't play video games on my PC, i only use it for work (Adobe Photoshop), i tunes, streaming videos and internet browsing, and my PC handled all of that activities at once flawlessly, until now. The 'stuttering' just happened 2 days ago, i was listening to my i tunes and all of a sudden to sound starting to crawl. There are things that may (or may not) have caused this problem that i had done prior to the problem: 1.I upgraded my Kaspersky Anti virus from 2009 to 2011. At first it was fine, but after i ran the full scan, the kaspersky started to wear down my PC, therefore i removed it with KAV REMOVER (but after i finished the scan) 2.I downloaded a file via Torrent (VUZE), and things started to slow down in the middle of the process (i did this the same time as kaspersky full scan was just minutes away from finish) After i removed the kaspersky, my PC is back to it's normal speed but leaving the sound and videos unrepaired. Here's the list of things i have done in order to fix this: 1.Did a disk cleanup and free about 20Gb of space. 2.Uninstall VUZE 3.Did a full scan with 'lighter' antivirus (ESET NOD32) which also scans spyware, malware etc. 4. I used StartUp CPL 2.8 and disabled all start up programs (not the programs entirely, just disabling them to start they same time windows starts) 5.Cleaning the dust inside my CPU. Although the speed of my PC is now back, the audio and video still stutters. The stutters' getting worse when im listening to i tunes while doing another process (like browsing the web for example). What might have caused this? And how do i fix this? Your inputs are deeply appreciated, thank you. more

Resolved Question: Which antivirus is the best?

I prefer suggestions for something I can buy, not a free program or download. I don't feel comfortable with those. My computer-geek friends all disapprove of Norton, and it probably shows my lack of expertise that I was going to buy the Norton Antivirus. So now I'm confused, and I want to hear your recommendations. more

Resolved Question: Recovering from PC Virus?

Not too long ago a virus prevented Windows from loading by deleting and moving my computer's files. Someone reinstalled Windows for me but my computer is still messed up. There are many registry errors and missing dlls. The majority of programs I try to download either wont download or the installer wont run after I download them. My programs might work one day and refuse to launch the next day. I can't even check if my computer still has infections because I can't download any antivirus programs. What FREE program could I use to fix these problems? Not just a free scan but a FREE scan and FREE recovery. Please someone help. more

Resolved Question: Computer question regarding my C drive?

A couple of weeks ago I had a message that I had 0 KB available on my C drive. I could not understand how that could happen. I have 32 GB and I do not download very many things and if I do they are small programs. I ran the disk cleaner and the only it needed to clean was temp internet files which wasn't many because I delete those every other day. I do have tons of pictures, so I moved them to the Local F disk which it has the capacity of 38.2 GB. Afterward, I checked and it had given over 2 GB of free space. Until yesterday. I got the same message again. When I checked it had 0 KB again. I have NOT downloaded anything at all. I have only used the internet. I deleted temp internet files every day. I don't understand where my free space is going. I am running a Compaq Presario/Windows XP Home Edition/Service Pack 3. I am using Panda Cloud Antivirus and Spybot Search and Destroy. I have ran both these programs thinking that maybe I had a virus or a worm, but it comes up with nothing. But of course, that doesn't mean anything either. I know they can sometimes miss things. I also ran everything on Glary Utilities to try to free up space. Anyway, if anyone could help me, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance! Thanks to you both. I can't figure out out to respond so I hope this is okay. Glary Utilities does the same as CC, but I will give it a try. I had removed everything that is not necessary. I have did extensive searches to remove anything I didn't need even down to empty folders. Also, I meant to mention that the two times this has happened IE would run, but only words, no pictures, video, etc. Google Chrome worked, but no video from YouTube, Netflix, etc. Anyway, I have cleaned my computer out and I am not sure what else I can remove. But I will try your advice, thanks! more

Resolved Question: HOW DO I REMOVE ANTIVIR?

This is a repost because all or most of the answers last time didn't work. Okay, so I got the Antivir Virus (Claims to be an anti virus tries to trick people into paying money for it). It gives me popups. I will not let me run Command Prompt OR the Registry. It will not let me open Task Manager, it will not let me open System Restore, when I go into Safe Mode I get the blue screen (Error:A problem has occurred, please restart your computer, etc.). SUPERAntiSpyware does not detect it. I cannot open MalwareBytes (the most reliable FREE spyware detector/remover). It is unlikely any more antivirus programs I download will run. I have no more options left. Please help me. READ THIS: I CANNOT RUN COMMAND PROMPT. I CANNOT RUN MALWAREBYTES OR ANY OTHER ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAMS. I CANNOT GO INTO SAFE MODE BECAUSE IT GIVES ME A BLUE SCREEN THAT TELLS ME TO RESTART. IF ANYONE CAN SOLVE THIS I WILL BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL.PLEASE DON'T GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS THAT REQUIRE SAFE MODE. AS I SAID BEFORE I CANNOT GO INTO SAFE MODE. more
