Open Question: My computer is running slowly after my computer froze and ran some CHKDSK thing. What just happened?

Story: I was on Facebook, and my computer froze up. I held the power button down for a few seconds to turn off the computer. Started it back up, and it started running some kind of code-program that had the acronym "CHKDSK" in it...note, the coding included some lines that listed some of my email names, like "Ninjacable", which made me uneasy. Open Question: Whats wrong with my tablet pc?!?

I was drawing a picture and i went to save it because the comp. was dieing, and it put it in a folder i had never even heard of; it was like Ykug66df5 and a bunch of random letters and stuff, there were 200 files even in it all named random letters i opened a few of them and they were all pictures of people playing cards, and erotic drawings, and even a picture of me when i was a little kid! the folder was in the settings part of 'My Computer' i have a tablet pc IBM think pad and im borrowing it for a bit but these pics were NOT there before i got it, please help i dont have the money to replace this if i break it! otherwise its been lagging a bit but running normally. i have downloaded 1 program and it has good virus protrection and i have been doing scans please please help :.....( thanks more

Open Question: I am infected with Virtumonde?

Recently i ran a scan with spybot search and destroy and it found a virtumonde.trojan virus and once the scan was done i clicked remove to remove it and it said removed all viruses, but i heard that spybot can't delete virtumonde and that i have to do a bunch of stuff like restart internet connection. also yesterday i ran another search with spybot and mse but didn't find anything i have windows xp sp3, Microsoft security essentials, and spybot ssearch and destroy, with windows defender sometimes my computer breathes really loudly when i am not touching the computer is this becuase of virtumonde? this is what the description of virtumonde said: Company: Product: Virtumonde Threat: Trojan Description Virtumonde copies itself to the system folder and creates a BHO. Open Question: how to deal with inlaws and hubby who thinks they can do no wrong? (proper answers please)?

my sister in law has hated me for the 8 years i have been with her brother. i've done nothing to cause this except be honest with her and not allow her to run my life. this has led to several plots over the years on her part to get rid of me. the first one was when i took her daughter and my son 5 years ago to a playgroup. the daughter gos hospitalised with a virus (mother in law had had) which i have never had, ofc i got the blame. the second was after my son died no sypathy there for our loss but whatever and hubbys bro got his wife preggy. SIL told them i wanted their unborn baby dead (i never) and they should be sterilised (wtf). so a while ago hubby and i separated and SIL rings me up swearing at me calling me names. then she tells the whole family ive had an affair!! i never but they all believe her not me. hubby tried to put her straight but will not put the rest of his fam straight they all hate me. he says its not his problem to go round telling them all SIL is a liar. so she has free reign to say what she wants. she also follows me around online and messages mutual facebook friends to tell lies about me. ubby feels sorry for her and says its cos she had a bad life-well newsflas -so have i but i dont victimise people. hubby will not sort the problem he thinks it will go away. he thinks his fam can do no wrong even tho SIL lied to him and he caught her out. he insists i go to family events even though i am not welcome and when i say this he says i am paranoid even though he has overheard them bitching about me. i know by their tone of voice and body language that they dont want me around. how can i get him to see how bad SIL is and that his fam hate me and stop him forcing me to go to family events/houses it makes me ill and i lose sleep because i dread having to see his family but he just wont accept they are wrong or see that im so uncomfortable being somewhere where everyone hates me it get me down, im not usually like this i have a life and study and want to make a good life for myself.hubby and i got back together as he promised to sort it but still hasnt. SIL emailed mutual facebook friends and spread her lies she doesnt know we know because the friend came to us in private.also she rang child services and said my husband HER brother abuses our kids. i got a visit from them and they told HIM it was her who did it but they could find nothing wrong in our home when he confronted her she blamed me and disowned him. said she would never speak to him again but then proceeded to send him malicious texts. no point telling him to delete her phone number or block her on facebook as he wont, however i have deleted all her numbers from our house phones and blocked her from accessing my profile on facebook. the family had a party and my husband wasnt invited and they excuse was they didnt invite him as his sister was going, how much crap does my husband wanna take from this lotand she is the only daughter and my husband says she has always been able to get her own way since childhood she got my husband into debt and refused to pay it back and his mother sided with his sister like she always does my hubby got made redundant and got no sympathy, her husband got made redundant and got heaps of sympathy. yes i have my own family who love me they live 200 miles away and we cant live by them until my husband gets a job (he was made redundant) and save up a heap of cash. more

Open Question: Desktop icons not working properly, how can I fix this?

So today has been a rough day for my computer. I was infected by Antivirus Pro 2010, I just got rid of it about 30 mins ago. My computer is working fine, no indication of the virus at all, I had malwarebytes remove it. The only reason I bring that up is because now all of my desktop icons aren't functioning properly. Whenever I click on one it says "What program would you like to open (name of program).exe with" it lists out the programs it can open with, kind of like when your opening a flash drive or something. Now I have to right click and press start to get the programs to work. Oh and in addition to that my itunes is not working at all now. So how can i fix this problem? Are these two events related to each other? Thanks for your help! :) more

Open Question: HELP!! My computer just came down with a virus named "XP Smart Security 2010"?

How can I get rid of it? My Malwarebytes can't find it. My ESET can't find it either!I fixed it!! I called the Geek Squad, and they said it was a virus and it would cost me around $200 to fix it. Well, I definitely can't do that, so I started tinkering around with it. Nothing on the internet would show me how to fix it, nothing even mentioned it. But, I pulled up an article online on a similar virus, and it said something about av.exe. When I searched for the file, nothing came up. But, I had Task Manager pulled up when one windows popped up. I hit End Task, and it said it wasn't responding. Then I had it show me the error report, and VOILA! It showed me the files associated with the virus. I went to the folder, deleted it, and everything returned back to normal!! Praise God! more

About a month ago, the yahoo account I use for friends and family was hacked. An e-mail was sent out to a chunk of my contacts that contained a link to a website to buy viagra. My password was pretty easy to change, so I did, and never had problems again. About a week ago, my formal yahoo e-mail account (the one I use for work, etc) was hacked, with the person sending out similar e-mails. I hesitated to change the password since it's one I have used for years, but today another e-mail was sent out of the same nature. I changed my password and am hoping this doesn't happen again. All the e-mails contained a link to a website where you can buy viagra. And the last 2 e-mails had a person's name as the subject line. Of course, I have never given out my password to anyone. And the old passwords contained both letters and numbers, so I am perplexed as to how they were hacked. I googled for a little, and I have found other people claiming the same things, all within about 6 months. I am thinking Yahoo must have some virus or hacker, if it has happened to 2 of my accounts and to other people recently. Has anyone else had this happen to them?Oh, and I have a third account that I use when I sign up on for things on websites so that all the spam goes there. Since that address has nothing in the contacts folder, it hasn't been hit. So, if you haven't been hit, could you say if you have any contacts in your address book or not? more

Open Question: Strange folders appearing in my hard drive!!! Could this mean my pc is infected?

I have 2 computers at home. One is a laptop which I move around, and the other is a PC which is wired to the router. Connected to the PC is an external hard drive which I share over the network with the laptop. Recently, all of a sudden, a folder appeared in the root directory of the external hdd! The name is just a random string of numbers and letters with an icon showing a folder with a small lock by its side. Inside this folder there are 2 more folders named amd64 and i386, but I can't look inside those folders because access is denied!! Even NOD32, which is the anti-virus which I use, can't scan them! I recently updated both computers to Windows 7 (the laptop was running Vista, and the PC XP) and I had somewhat of a hard time configuring the external usb hdd to be shared over the network. Could this strange folder have something to do with Windows 7 shares, or could it be some kind of malware? more

Open Question: ATM/Credit Card Fraud Inquiry?

I posted this question earlier today in another section and received some answers but figured I’d throw it out there again with some updated facts about my situation. Last week, I discovered someone(s) got a hold of my ATM credit card number and was using it to make purchases. Here are the steps I’ve already taken: 1. Called my financial institution and had the card disabled 2. Called the police, filed a report and provided a statement 3. Went to the bank and filled out all necessary paperwork 4. Called the credit bureaus and put a security freeze on my credit report 5. Obtained copies of my credit report from all three bureaus…no suspicious activity noted 6. Called the Federal Trade Commission to report the fraud 7. Checked all of my other credit cards to make sure they weren’t compromised...no others were 8. At the advice of my bank, continued to monitor my account for any additional transactions...there have been none since the card was disabled Some facts to give some insight: I do not leave my credit cards or wallet out of my sight unless I’m home and no one besides myself were in my residence before the fraud occurred. All illegal transactions were point of sale at retail locations in three different states…likely a theft ring given the distance between them. I make purchases online but am tech savvy and well aware of SSL and encryption (yes, I know it’s not foolproof) and do not buy anything from websites that don’t use it. My computer is clean of viruses and spyware so unless a customer service employee stole my info when I made a purchase, this was not from online theft. I’m still kicking myself for this but I did give my credit card number over the phone to two different places recently. One was a local restaurant that I’ve been ordering from for several years with no problems, and the other was to pay a hospital bill. I can only speculate but shortly after I paid the hospital bill was when the transactions started…a friggin hospital!! Stupid? Yes, but I was paying a legitimate bill which did get taken out of my account with the name of the hospital on the transaction. Lesson learned the hard way! This was an ATM credit card tied into my checking account and I’m aware of the liability. My bank has stated that they will return all of my money including the $50. Rightfully so since this happened over a course of four days and they didn’t pick up on the fact it’s literally impossible for me to be in two different states that are 800+ miles apart, let alone four including the state I live in. I found out by tapping a local ATM machine to find my balance much lower than it should have been. To say the least, I will be closing this account as soon as this is resolved. Yeah, borrowing money from Mom at 37 years old to make sure my bills were covered was a real treat. B*stards had a nice vacation on my behalf. Last night, I returned to the police station to get a copy of the police report for my bank and was told that the officer who's working on the case wouldn't be available until this coming Monday. I’m not sure about anyone else but from what I’ve heard, the longer the time frame from when a crime is committed to when there’s any follow up, the less likely the criminal(s) will be caught. Minimally, it will be eight days since it was reported and there’s no telling if it will be followed up on right away once the officer returns to work. To say the least, I was infuriated when I walked out of the police station since I got the feeling that nothing was being done to catch the $%&$%&# who did this. I guess this would be different if I were jumped by a group of hoodlums and ended up in the hospital or someone broke into my home. I have no clue why but obviously, credit card theft isn’t a top priority even though it affects millions of people and cost billions annually. In my opinion, regardless of how it happened, someone stole a lot of money from me and it should be treated the same as the above mentioned crimes. Before I pose my questions, I’d like to ask you readers a few favors: Please do not try to dissuade me from pursuing the scum who did this. I don’t care that I’m getting my money back…that’s not the point. I want the criminal off the street for stealing the money I worked my a*s off for and left me scrambling for cash. I have no pity for them and will not turn my back if it means preventing a few others from having to go through this experience. I realize the likelihood the perpetrators will be caught is slim, but too many people already let it roll off their shoulder…I’m not going to be one of them. I don’t care if my tax dollars are going to pay to have the scum put in jail so please save me this perspective/argument. I’ve been paying taxes for 21 years and never once filed a police report. I think it’s time for me to cash in with the ones who are obligated to protect and serve, don’t you? Besides, my tax dollars are already paying for the bilBesides, my tax dollars are already paying for the billions of dollars in losses from credit card fraud and identity theft. Unless I missed something above regarding the steps I’ve taken towards getting this resolved, the answers I’m seeking are from your own personal experiences. If any police officers or law officials happen to read this and have experience in dealing with these types of crimes, I would love to get some insight from you as well. When I was at the police station last night, I was told that I would have to sit down with the officer assigned to the case so we could go over the ordeal. From there, I’m virtually clueless since this is a first time going through this…what happens next? Will the bank be the ones to investigate the fraud through their own sources (fraud dept if they have one), or will the police do this? Both? Is there any way to determine if the transactions were made using the credit card number itself or if someone got a hold of my PIN number?How long did it take before the police finally followed up with your case and when they did, was there any resolution offered? Were the perpetrators ever caught and if so, what did you have to do to follow up from your end, if anything? Other than the steps I’ve already taken, is there anything else I can do from my end to help? For those of you who took the time and endured reading this, I want to thank you ahead of time. I know there are a lot of questions here but one way of learning is by asking those who have already been there. Open Question: Cannot a 7GB folder named .Trash-999! Help!?

Hello there. I have a folder on my D: Drive called .Trash-999! It is taking up a much needed 6.97 GB of my computer, and whenever I try to delete it, it says access denied! There was one on my C: drive, but I was able to delete it. In the folder is what appears to be a COMPLETE install of Windows 7 (you know, like you go to C:\Windows, and that's what it looks like). I do not think it is a virus....although I am not sure, because I had one a couple weeks ago, when the problem started, but completely re-formatted my hard drive and it SHOULD have gotten rid of the problem. Obviously not >.<! I tried booting into Mac and Ubuntu to delete it, but nothing worked. I am running Windows XP, and have previously installed and deleted Windows 7. Thanks for your help!! :) more

Open Question: I have my AIM account send my IMs to my cell phone but I am getting spam IMs. How do I disconnect?

A very long time ago when I used to use AIM a lot I had my IMs go to my cell phone. People who are on my buddy list must have a virus of some sort because they are sending me spam IMs constantly that go to my cell phone and I am paying for! I will even delete the screen name but my parents deleted the AOL account a long time ago. I just went on the AIM account and I'm not seeing anything to stop the IMs from going to your phone. Open Question: Virus on my computer won't go away,some kind of rundll.exe DLLregisterServer virus?

I have windows XP and I have a virus that won't let me run exe programs,when my computer starts up, a bunch of DOS windows pop up say "program is to big to fit in memory"and that's false. the same thing happens when i double click a programs such as limewire,itunes,malewarebytes everything exe. but i can right click and hit start and it will run.i can get on internet explorer but i can't access some sites,such as my email and other parts of websites. i used malewarebytes and found 3 of them. their all in my registry.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVerision\Run\yaxyyysys...There's another in.HKEY_USERS\DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVerision\Run\kdhtisys and another in HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVerision\Run\kdhtisys when i use malware to delete them they just rename themselves such as abyghsys(they always end in sys).even when i manually delete them they just reappear.Same when i use Hijack This.after poking around i found that they all run the same file (rundll.exe "khgfcd.dll",DllRegisterServer).i found "khgfcd.dll",it was is System 32 folder, when i try to delete it and Error message pops up saying "cannot delete khgfcd:Access denied" so i renamed it..the rename file was there as well as the Original,i edited it in note pad but i can't save it as the same file.i used CCleaner and accessed my startup programs and there it was KEY(HKLM:Run) Program(yaxyyysys)File(rundll32.exe"khgfcd.dll",DllRegisterServer).when i disabled it from startup,it showed it disabled but right under it poped up another w/a diff program name(another one ending in sys)..same thing when i deleted it. Open Question: Laptop security key to access internet?

I just bought a laptop, this being my first one. At my house I can get onto the internet fine, but when I am at my BF's house it keeps asking me for a security key to get onto the internet. What is this and how do I get passed it? Open Question: An email was sent out to my contacts last night and I believe my account has been compromised.?

An email was sent out last night from my email to some of my contacts. It was some Viagra advertisement! I checked my sent box and it did not come from my box, but did go out somehow with my name and email on it. I do not believe for a second it was anyone I know playing a joke. Has Anyone had this happen and what action did you take. I opened the link to see what it was and ran my anti virus which found nothing. Since it is not in my sent box, is it possible that my password is still secure but it is being accessed somewhere else. I am clueless when it comes to this stuff. Thank you!Thank you Roger.... Open Question: I went to the doctor the other day for a sore throat, body aches.. you name it and they told me it was a virus?

But now all my other symptoms have gone away except my sore throat which started on Monday. The Doc said it would only last 3-4 days and it's already Friday. Whenever I go to the clinic the doctor tells me that sometimes these things happen and people will get the flu as I have and not to worry its just ANOTHER viral infection. Last Saturday I awoke with the sniffles, sore throat and a little stuffy AGAIN! By Sunday I was coughing up large amounts of yellow mucus (I've never coughed mucus like this before) and when I'd blow my nose there was only a small amount of clear sticky nasal mucus. I managed through the day Monday despite heavy cough attacks; they were infrequent but deep painful from the chest. That evening I was so stuffed up I was wheezing when I breathed, my ears and nose were plugged up, and had a hoarse voice, and mild sneezing. By Tuesday I was coughing up even more yellow mucus and the sneezing produced just as much...strange because anytime I have sneezed in the past I didn't have large amounts of mucus coming from deep in my throat (or chest I'm not sure but I know its not from my nose). My chest hurt, my neck was swollen, I had chills, fatigue (9 hours of sleep is my magic number but even with naps it was as if I hadn't managed a wink all night). I still wasn't producing much when I blew my nose but by Tuesday the discharge was yellow. If I cough or sneeze I have to have several tissues because 2-3 aren't enough to catch all the mucus coming up. Wednesday I was completely wasted (exhausted and worn) and didn't even do anything besides move from the bed to the couch. I was exhausted, weak, chilled to the bone (don't have a thermometer to check for fever and the doctor didn't check for one), looked like I was wearing purple lip liner in the corners of my mouth (wasn't actually wearing any). The cough became much more frequent and harsh. I went to the doctor to get checked and he told me I have a virus, gave me a prescription cough syrup and ordered X-rays. I have coughed less with the cough syrup but when I do cough or sneeze, it is even more painful (sore). I vomited once today I was coughing so hard (two hours after having taken cough syrup) and I can feel the soreness all the way down to my ribs. I've been blowing my nose more frequently but there is still only a little of the yellow nasal mucus. My nasal passage appears to be clearer but my headache, chills, exhaustion, and chest congestion are worse. My throat isn't sore anymore but my voice is still hoarse and neck glands still swollen. My sight has been fuzzy at times when I have cold sweats and I feel dizzy if I move around too much. I feel like I've been hit by a truck and I'm starting to think this may be more than just bad luck! I am clean, I practice proper handwashing and hygiene regularly, minimize exposure to sick people, and my home is very clean. I eat healthy (fresh fruit, hearty leafy dark greens, lots of vitamin rich vegetables, chicken, salmon (one - two times a week), whole grains, fibre, you name it! I am portion conscious, eat on a regular schedule, enjoy alot of variety, make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep but no more than 9 per night. I do not hit the gym but I walk long distances regularly and during times when I'm not laid up with the flu, I am engaging in physical activities. I don't know if I've lost weight because I don't own a scale or weigh myself, but I do know my clothes have felt looser the last two weeks even when I was menstruating (I bloat big time! haha). I don't have alot of stress in my life and continue to be a generally happy optimistic person despite the setback of feeling like crap for most of the last year. It is probably important to mention that I am a recent (as in Tuesday recent) cigarette quitter with a family history of lymphoma, lung cancer, thyroid cancer, hyper or hypo thyroid I'm not too sure which one (mine's been checked and its fine). I have a history of GERD but its been under control and I haven't had any problems (it helps to avoid irritants and feeling bad isn't worth it!). Is this seriously just another cold or flu? Should I go back to the doctor if I'm still like this tomorrow even if my test results aren't back yet?I quit smoking after already being sick because I was coughing up so much yellow mucus, and I have been sick so frequent in the last year. more

Open Question: XP Antispyware 2010 Virus/Malware.?

My computer has been infected with XP Antispyware 2010 malware. I have been searching for ways to get this off of my computer. I have gone to Registry Edit, after reading instructions on a website, and cannot find the file name ( HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Antispyware 2010 ) that I was told to locate and delete. I have been to numerous sites now (on another computer) and the last thing I want to do is download a FREE malware remover. I am afraid it will further infect my PC, plus I cannot even get past my homepage on my internet explorer to even install it if I wanted. My PC got slowed down suddenly for the past two days.. I have an AVG(trial version) anti-virus and it has 12 days left for it's expiry date.. I scanned the whole computer with AVG.. Open Question: Problem with "Remember Password" on hotmail?

Okay, so i can sign in if i click on "sign in with different adress" and manually type in my hotmail and password, but normally I just check the "remember my e-mail address" and "remember my password". However, now when i try that and click on my hotmail address from the "www.hotmail.com" webpage, it gives me an error and brings me back to the login page where it says "password or login name incorrect". From here, if i re-enter my password, it makes the browser white and says "to display the webpage again, the browser needs to resend certain information". Then it brings me back to the exact same screen! If i go back to the first page, click "log in with different address", it works, but then i have to manually enter in everything which is really inconvenient. I've tried clearing the cache and cookies, i've done a full system scan for viruses, and theres nothing else i can think of. Help please! Thanks in advance. more

k i got some virus, and it has total control over my computer, and i can't install anything because it won't let me. even getting on my internet is a hassle, i have to search for the "dell internet security" under history and favorites to get to my internet, and i can't access AVG, which is my anti-virus software. Ok so I came home tonight and my computer is saying welcome to dell, with the dell background(changed from my own background), different icons on my desktop and rearranged strange, and there was confirmation box that said welcome to dell support(with a license agreemnt and everything). I thought maybe my hard drive had been reset or something, but if i navigate through windows explorer, i still have all of my old documents on there. I am obviously running a virus scan right now, so we will see if that comes up with anything. but does anyone have any ideas of what might have caused this? and is there anyway I can just change it back to how it was? I also check my user that I am logged in with and its the standard one, which we dont use multiple user names anyway. Voting Question: HELP! How can I protect my computer from CHRPAY/EUROSOFT hack job?

I now know that I got scammed, and see that others have too once I visited the Internet Complaint Board. These hackers somehow get a pop-up window that freezes up your computer, advises you that you have multiple viruses, worms, etc., and advises you to purchase their protection software. I did because it looked totally legit, and I couldn't open any programs until I did so. But nothing downloads to your computer after they get your money, and my computer's still screwed up. When I click on any program name or icon, I get a window asking which program to open it with, then just get repeated 'run' messages. I've figured out some workarounds for most of what I need to do online, but still fear what may happen to my hard drive, and need to fix this. Any advice? BTW, on the complaint board, there are a handful of posts regarding this scam going back ten days, and before that the most recent complaints are from 234 days ago, so I guess these people worked it for a while, got shut down, and then recently started up again.I keep getting the 'Open With' menu box, every time I try to open or run something, and there's usually no appropriate thing to click on. more

I need help remembering the name of a medical condition. When I was a kid(8 years old) I used to vomit randomly. Time of day and what I had eaten didn't seem to matter. My doc sent me in for an upper GI and they discovered a weakened muscle or valve in my stomach or esophagus. They said I would be ok and adventually "outgrow" this. unfortunately I don't have those old records and can't remember exactly what it is called and neither can my mom. It wasn't a virus or ulcer or heart burn. normally I would suddenly get nauseous and throw up then have abdominal pain for awhile afterwards and then feel perfectly fine. This is how it works: Flash_Update.exe downloads a couple of executables: google_reg.exe and captcha.exe from aibcvienna.org, which appears to be a legitimate website compromised by the hackers, into the affected system. It’s important to note that the domain also includes other executables tailored for hi5 and Myspace users. The file google_reg.exe attempts to create new Google accounts, where it needs the help of humans in reading the CAPTCHA. It uploads the CAPTCHA image to a server and waits for captcha.exe to download it. The captcha.exe drops a file named captcha5.dll into the Program Files directory and runs it using rundll32.exe, a system file used for executing .dll files. The dropped dll file displays a shutdown window which freezes the system and threatens the user to enter the characters seen in an image before a 3 minutes countdown timer ends. The image is in fact the CAPTCHA that google_reg.exe is waiting for to be deciphered by the victim. PLEASE HELP more

I am assuming that this is some sort of virus as it sends a made up name in the subject, shows that it is from me, and has a link at the bottom to click. This has happened several times before I figured out it was coming from the Yahoo Server and not my personal computer. Voting Question: what are some good free spyware doctor/removers?

About a week ago something created a password protected windows account names 3b02f. Have a feeling it is some type of spyware. I deleted the account, but 3 days later it created it again. I then did a system restore back a couple weeks before all of this happened. Still have yet to see it it worked or not, but today my windows 7 started saying to wasn't a legal copy (it is), so I installed windows again from scratch - all good. Then I downloaded stopzilla which said I had 15 viruses, but then I realised to get rid of them I'd have to pay for it, so I tried Ad-Aware, which is free and when I scanned, said that there were no viruses and my computer was fine. So, I'm hoping someone can recommend some other spyware removal programs (that are free) so I can double/triple check that theres nothing going on that shouldn't. I currently have NOD32 installed as anti virus protection, but the virus got through because I was trying to download some free photoshop brushes (so it's kind of my own fault) Any advice would be helpful! more
