Resolved Question: Youtube and Gmail Accounts?

So I was signing my mom up for youtube. In the set up process, it asked for a user name, so I put her email's name, but it said that name was already being used, so i put another one that was easy for her to remember. After the set up, it told me that her new gmail account was now changed to the username that i put in the set up process. I thought only the name had changed, but as i signed in to her email with the new username, all of her previous (important!) mail was gone. I tried to log in with the previous username, but there was an error. I went to the settings of both her gmail and youtube accounts and it said that the new username was her primary account and the old one was an alternate. I tried everything I could online to change it back so that she could log in to her email with the old username, but nothing worked. In the end, I called a gmail rep, and the mofo said it would be $200 charge to change it all back. We don't have the type of money to be wasting $200 on some stupid set up that gmail did (esp since my mom just bought a house). I was extremely pissed. I'm coming to you guys for help now; is there any way i can ge all of her previous important mail back (regardless of what username it may be) without a $200 charge? I know she can call the businesses for those important mails to be sent to her new account, but before that happens, i want to see if there is a way i can change things back via phone or online. **terrible sorry if this was confusing; didnt want to include the real usernames for security issues more

Resolved Question: Java problem please help urgent!?

Ok so I decided to uninstall & all other old versions of Java & download Java 7 but it showed me this error message that says "The installer cannot proceed with the current internet Internet connection settings. Please visit the following website for more information." So I then installed the offline version & it downloaded succesfully but then after I tried to play an online game it still didn't load, so I then tried reinstalling old versions of Java but they also said the same error as "The installer could not proceed, etc" I have to install the offline version but it never works or does effect. I know because I went to the website and tested to see if I have Java & it shows me, "Jave (TM) is required to display some elements on this webpage" which means to install Java but yet again it still shows that message again. I already tried restoring my computer + I already deleted the Java folder on Program Files & re-installed Java offline version since no matter what I try it still won't work online version. Yes I already tried the proxy way but I lose internet connection. So I'm like literally fucked since the offline version works but it makes no effect/the online version of Java won't work whatsoever or whatever I tried. Is there any other way to fix this. Please help I can't my play game lol but eitherway I need java installed. Thanks more
