I have waist-length fine hair that is damaged easily and has a tendency to get dry. I don't use styling products, no coloring, no hair-dryer... I try to avoid possibly harmful things for my hair. I was using all kinds of shampoos, but none did any good, either it dried it up, it made it oily, it was too strong, I didn't really like anything I tried. I actually had a time when I used shampoo diluted so much it was almost water. I was trying to find the mildest option available. So I started using Johnson's baby shampoo and I see very good results (hair shiny, hydrated, soft and stronger and more blond because of chamomile) but I'm afraid that it may be bad for me in the long run. What do you think about using baby shampoo for adult hair? more

I have been on and off with a girl for 7 years and when we were about 3 years into the relationship I chose to follow her to the college she was going to (in hopes of keeping the relationship alive). Well anyway from the start she didn't spend as much time with me as I would have wanted and we started arguing and fighting all the time... she ended up dumping me and cut off all contact with me for about a month. I moved back home (about an hour away) and went to community college for a year while starting to talk to her again and we patched things up. I made the 2 hour roundtrip drive hundreds of times to see her, she never came back to see me once. I completed community college and decided that I was going to go to the college I had wanted to go to since I was 5 which was 1200 miles away. I figured we were already long distance so it wouldnt have mattered. We weren't going out when I left but she didn't want to get back together either. Since I left my grades have gone up, I built a successful business, and love the weather out here. In all the time I've been out here, she hasn't come to see me once and refuses to. She also is telling me she'll never leave her family and move out of state. I told her thats fine but I'm not moving to where she lives again to get dumped again by her. The problem is she still texts me all the time to see what I'm doing, she always says she wants to talk but all she says is the same thing that she isn't going to leave and I should just deal with it. What do you think I should do? more

Headache Slight Fever Blood-stained mucus that I have to force out, but sometimes it's just green. Sore throat for the first couple of days. Green mucus coming out of my nose, that i constantly have to blow out. Feels like there's mucus in my throat too. Too much green mucus in my left eye. If I open it, I can see some in there and I have to pick it out. I also have asthma, so this seems to be affecting it since I am sick, it makes me weezy. Ok I'm 22 years old and I have FWB relationship with a 46 year old man. We've been having this "friendship" for about 2 1/2 months and sometimes when we talk he keeps saying he doesn't want me to get hurt by becoming too emotionally involved. But I don't think I am. I think he might be. The general FWB rules don't apply with us. If you saw us from the outside you'd probably think we were a couple. He always makes the first move when it comes to physical contact and recently he's started to hold my hand when we watch movies, cuddle in bed, sending flirty texts and some more flirty/dirty texts. As well as nicknames like baby and huni. I'm just confused with the way he keeps saying "we have to remember we're not a couple", "we're just friends" and i'm like "I know". I have taken this bet but I need advice especially from women about how to win it! All suggestions welcome! Last year halloween I won a bet by dressing up in drag for a costume party with people from work. Some of the women there bet me I could not last a night in drag because the clothes and shoes would be too uncomfortable. Actually it was no problem! Yesterday one of the women was complaining about having new shoes that she said were hurting and I joked that she couldn't handle them like I did at halloween. They said one night was too easy no way could I last a whole week, so this year when Halloween comes, to win the new bet I would have to go in drag to that party AND for work for the whole week before. The boss said it is OK as long as I look convincing as a woman at work and not stupid. So I would have to wear a business suit (with a short skirt and high heels) for a week and a party dress again, and they would give me a complete makeover for the week - hair, make up, fake nails, shaved legs, the works. I am up for laughs and it would be funny to win and prove them all wrong. So I need advice on how to look good and how to last the week, especially in those shoes, I managed walking around in 4 inch stilettos for one night but a whole week could be hard! I owe our previous apartments a balance and now I am being terminated at the place I am at so I am worried that since I owe the other place money no one will rent to me. Do I need to list them on an application if I try and apply for another place? Open Question: What age did you give your baby/ child a toy room?

My 7.5 month old has.. too many toys.. there is heaps. She just i dunno. its crazy i admit. lol. But majority are educational. and she has some to help her with sitting/ standing (which is probably why she started doing this all by 7months old) We are wanting to set one of our rooms in the house as a toy room. We will of course baby proof it, and decorate it. with a gate at the door for time when she is in their alone (our house is open, i can see her from nearly all rooms- but its just safer in case i do happen to not see her sneak out) the plan is to have it all set up before christmas. Well im hoping well before christmas, but things are going to delay transforming a room into a toy room (hubby is having risky spinal surgery- he wont be able to do much) so any ideas? advice? its not too young is it? atm her toys are just every where!Also she has a lot of books too and a little couch. so i think it might be nice to do her reading in there. do you think that would be a good idea? or should i stick to reading in her room? more

I have a 2 part question that relates to the settings on yahoo fantasy football as commissioner. Bear in mind that I hosted a live draft offline and entered the results afterward. My first question is: How can I if possible reset all the rosters to the way they were when I entered the results, making all free agents who were picked up free agents again? The next question is the most important....You see, this year I have given everyone a waiver budget and allotted all managers $200.00 to bid on players in a silent auction throughout the course of the season. I am a little confused how this works. I understand that the highest bidder inherits the player. But how come it only applies to players that were waived? Is there a way I can make it so that ALL players, not just the ones cut by managers, will be put on waivers allowing people to bid on them. Ideally I want to have the rule exclusively auction style, or exclusively first come first serve. To use both is just silly. Note: yahoo offers two options for weekly waivers: Use these settings to give everyone in the league a fair chance at picking up players. Sunday - Tuesday means all unowned players will be placed on waivers at 10:00am PT each Sunday with the claim period ending at 11:59pm PT on Tuesday. First game of the week - Tuesday means all unowned players will be placed on waivers at the start of the first game for that week with the claim period ending at 11:59pm PT on Tuesday. So if you choose the 2nd option everyone will be able to use their waiver budgets to bid on players at the start of the vikes vs saints game? I just don't like how the options are restricted like this. Help meeeee! more

I have a job that is seasonal. I worked a total of 7 days in a 3 week period. When I claimed my 3 weeks I did not tell the unemployment agency that I was working. I received a voice mail to call the unemployment agency back. Do you think they know about the 7 days I worked and was paid. If so, what can they do?
