I posted a warning about the flu vaccine and this individual stated this nonsense big pharma crap Just so you know the strain of flu changes yearly."""Ya by morons who love to hurt others for profit """The H1N1 vaccine is essentially the same as all of the other flu vaccines. The complications and side effects are the same, and, they risks of contracting this flu (H1N1) far outweigh any risk of the vaccine. The H1N1 flu virus is new to humans, our bodies are not used to this particular strain of virus, therefore, without assistance, our bodies have a hard time fighting off this virus. The flu vaccine also changes based on recommendations from virologists, immunologists and public health experts. The ONLY reason the H1N1"""man made crap""" strain was not in the regular flu vaccine is because it the regular flu vaccine was already in production. The truth is !!!! I am married to my wife (age 38 yrs) for 9 years and after marriage (Indians have arranged marriage) I came to know she has some mental problems and finally after 5 years diagnosed as Schizophrenia. For one year she was treated for depression and finally to SZ. Her symptoms were depressed feelings, withdrawn conditions, isolation, irritation, self talking, self laughing, absent mindedness, numbness to feelings, unhygenic nature etc Now that she is taking 300mg of quitipine and 20mg of cipralex, she is fine and takes care of all house hold works and also my only kid. She behaves normally and talks normally. She is also independent. Very fine. Very difficult for others to find unless I state it. Most of time she is alright except occasional episodes of the symptoms as above. Absolutely harmless even during this time. Her own brother is mildly affected with SZ and under treatment. Her maternal cousin is also SZ but very severely affected. My questions are (i) will there be any side effects of this SZ drug. if so what are they? (ii) how long she needs to take this drug. Is SZ curable? Can we try to reduce drug step by step so that she is not affected or late affected by side effects of the drug (iii) Is there any natural cure for this I heard some strong dosage of vitamin C helps ? (iv) Can I consider my wife as mildly affected with SZ, is there any degree in this ? like mild, medium, strong etc (v) will this disorder will transform into some other disorder or go worse as she ages. (vi) are there more effective/advanced drugs than present one, if so what are they and when they would be released in the market. Kindly support me with reply. Also if there are Indian doctors please refer to any SZ specialist in Mumbai. (Doctors only reply) moreResolved Question: Does talcum powder clog pores?
I'm an Indian, and here we find various branded talcum powders. I'm currently using Pond's. I use very little and only on my face (owing to my combination skin). Here's what the ingredients say: Talc (Hydrated Magnesium Silicate), Calcium Carbonate, Fragrance, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Dipropylene Glycol, Honey (Mel) & Propylene Glycol. I have Major Depressive Disorder with Psychotic Features. I was takin a ton of meds on and off so many times and in and out of hospitals but i dont want to be like that anymore. I can't stand my drugs, they give me such bad side effects and all so thats why i go off them. I was on Ambien for my insomnia but it made me hallucinate, sleepwalk angrly, and overdose in my sleep. Ive heard of Melatonin and was wondering if it works fast or it has to build up in your system first to start working and also wanted to know if there are other vitamins or non addictive pills to take for anxiety. I don't want prescription medication, I am already prescribed xanax and such but its addictive and scares me after what happened on ambien. moreVoting Question: Can I eat only once a day or so and take vitamins to make up for not eating 3+ times a day?
Now I am 5 9, male, and 21 years old, and my medium weight range is 120. This isn't about losing weight, its more of being healthy and money effiecency. I can currently eat 5+ times a day, at one point when i was working, i was eating mcdonalds for lunch and dinner not including snacks and such and whatever I had for breakfast. I can go 2-3 days at a time without feeling hungry and no real side effects such as dizziness and such. I pretty much stay the same weight no matter what I eat or what I don't eat. I once had a problem where I had to eat a lot in a day otherwise I could possibly lose a couple pounds a day but that has passed, but I no longer gain or lose major amounts of weight. So my above question, to save money, and would it be healthy if I just ate once or maybe twice a day, and just took vitamins to make up for the vitamins and minerals i'm not getting? I have no medical problems and I eat almost 3x or 4x the calories i should have a day, possibly more. I also exercise multiple times a week moreOpen Question: I want to become a vegetarian?

Soon I'll be starting uni and will have 5.30 am rises and know I'll run out of energy pretty fast (I do already and I have a very relaxed lifestyle at present) So, I'm looking to get some stuff that'll help - specifically with energy but without any nasty side effects. Recently I got a few bottles of caffeine tablets but only after I'd gotten them did I start thinking that they may not be the best thing to take. Thanks.I've been thinking Siberian Gingseng, Olive Leaf, Gotu Kola, Chlorophyll? moreVoting Question: Frightened and Angry...Doctor Screwup.?
The long version, which is long, is below. I'm scared and angry, due to doctors giving me a drug I shouldn't have had without telling me about any of the possible side effects or watching me for them, or even telling me the truth about what it does, my morning sickness, which was slowly calming, has gone haywire, plus I'm having anxiety attacks and other issues from the medication. I'm at 16 weeks, it was slowly getting better, now I'm plumeting again, but the doctors don't care because I can drink water, so why on earth would I need food. If they hadn't treated me like an idiot, I would have known I couldn't take it, told them so, and it wouldn't be an issue. I would be continuing to get slowly better within the routine my body had fallen into, but instead I spent yesterday feeling off my face with withdrawl symptoms after only taking the drug a few days, only further showing I am sensitive to it. The morning sickness is never gonna end, I'm never gonna eat again and I'm gonna throw up in labour like all those women everyone keeps telling me about (rather than the 20 women they know whos morning sickness ended between 13-20 weeks), and the doctors don't care because I can drink water, so it's not HG or whatever it's called, and I'm just overreacting. Lucky me, it's just as well water has all the vitamins and minerals my body will ever need. My body is crashing, I was having fainting and dizzy spells which is why I went to the hospital in the first place, they wouldn't give me any vitamins, just water. Then they go and put an already crashing, weak and frail body onto a drug it cannot tollerate without thinking twice about it, and antibiotics. Right now I feel like if I stand up I will colapse, I'm too scared to, and I'm getting paranoid again and feel like if I go to sleep I won't wake up. I know it's the side effects talking, but I can't do this anymore. My body isn't coping with this on top of everything else. Make it go away, I just want to go back to my routine from last week. I don't know if this is a question, maybe someone else has gone through this hell with Maxalon/Reglan and can reassure me. here is the longer version http://www.bubhub.com.au/community/forums/showthread.php?t=360061 moreResolved Question: Vitamin D deficiency Question?
My doctors secretary called and said that my blood test results show that I have "very, very, verryyyy low Vitamin D levels" and that I'm supposed to start taking 2000 units of Vitamin D. What exactly are the dangers of low Vitamin D? Also does it really cause weight loss or is it just a myth? Because my doctor told me that I'm underweight and that I have to gain weight so I've been trying to eat more. I'm 18, 5'6" and weigh 106lbs. I'm taking Vitamin D3. Does it have any side effects? if so what are they? Thanks:) I usually go out when its late but I know that I have to go out in the sun more so I will:)@Sheryl: If you read the question I clearly said that I'm trying to gain weight not lose it. That's why I asked if Vitamin D causes weight loss. I know that my weight is too low for my height and age that's why I went to my doctor in the first place. I also don't have issues with eating, I eat every meal and more so its pretty obvious that I'm NOT anorexic. moreVoting Question: I've been using this anti-acne cream and I've worsened?
So I've been using some products which include: Anti-acneic cream Moisturizing cream designed against the dryness caused by anti-acneic treatments The first one is supposedly a hard-working "anti-embedding" cream (I don't know how could I describe it since english is not my first language and the cream is not written in english either) while the second one is an "Avéne" moisturizer designed to repair the negative effects of acne treatment creams. However I think I've seen more small "pimples" appear round my face, most of them are pretty small though. I'm wondering if these creams could actually be worsening my condition? The only positive way of thinking I can get is that maybe I'm checking myself out too much to see if they're working and noticing pimples which I hadn't noticed before (though even like that I've seen some new ones). OR that the anti-embedding cream is actually pulling "hidden" pimples (blame my imagination if the idea is too weird) to the surface of my skin until it pulls them out completely. As a side note, I exfoliate my face every 3-4 days and I'm also taking some vitamins. Could it be that maybe either of this may be the real problem? (e.g. Maybe the vitamins overstimulate the oil in my body or something of the like) Any help is gladly appreaciated. moreVoting Question: Stomach cramps/pains, problems going to the toilet, what will solve this problem?
Oh, before anyone reads this too, i'm only writing this on here because obviously people write all sorts of random stuff on here so yeah I just want to know if anyone has anything USEFUL that could possibly help me. Thanks. Well i'm on a small dose of trileptal for mild epilepsy, which has been fully controlled for several years now, but the side effects from this drug have really caused me a lot of problems over the last few years and i'm certain the drug is the reason my stomach is so messed up. I'm 19 by the way. Basically, most mornings, like 6/7 or something, I wake up with a fair amount of gas, and I need to go to to the toilet basically, problem is, if I go to the toilet, every time it's literally similar to diarrhoea but worse and I take around 10 minutes maybe more most of the time. If I don't go to the toilet and hold it in though, till like the evening or even around midnight, (which I can do because sometimes the feeling just goes away like I don't need to go as much) when I crap i'll put it this way, it's a lot more normal and properly formed, like a crap should look like basically. Still though, even after I go to the toilet, be it morning or midnight, and especially the evening, my stomach is no better sometimes and i'll either have a fair bit of gas or my stomach will just cause me pain, like it's doing right now. So, most of the time, I hate going to the toilet in the morning so much and feel like I have to shower after every crap I do, I just hold it in till before I go to bed, where it comes out more naturally. I do only go to the toilet like once a day too so I don't have to go several times a day. Thing is though, I just want to be able to either get up in the morning, and IF I need the toilet, to get in there, do a regular crap and get out quickly, or to not even have to wake up with a stomach that feels like it's gonna explode. Maybe my digestion is really slowed down under this stupid drug? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can take or what should I do to make the problem better or even cure it? I tried some pills from an online health shop which have natural vitamins and minerals in, including peppermint oil and fennel, they say the pills are for soothing symptons of irritable bowel syndrome but i've been taking them for 3 weeks now and they've done nothing at all. I've had ginger tea and peppermint tea before too but there's little or no difference really. I do exercise too, I am of a healthy weight with a healthy BMI, I eat no junk food and my diet consists of porridge most mornings, sandwich at lunch, with lean meat/fish and something healthy for dinner, I eat 1 or 2 apples a day and I drink a lot of water, but not a ridiculous amount of water, so I don't see how my diet is doing any of this!?!? Has anyone got anything that could just possibly help me, I just went to the toilet like 2 hours ago and my stomach is hurting fgs, i'm sick of this! ThanksEDIT: Well omi jen and anyone else reading this, if anything, it isn't diarrhoea I have in the morning, but it's probably worse in a different way. I just go to crap and it's runny poop pretty much, so not pleasant, no. So yeah in terms of diarrhoea I don't have it properly like ever, it's just horrible runny poop. moreResolved Question: how to minimize side effects from prenatals?
I tend to get strong side effects from taking prenatal vitamins. Tiredness, stomach cramps and upset stomach, insomnia, headaches. What can i do to lower the side effects?I do take them on a full stomach, but i'll try to eat more. Also, before i began taking them i looked up the side effects to have an idea of what to expect, so that's how i know it's from the prenatal. moreResolved Question: Athiest, what do you think of this?
Why is this medication prescribed? Alprazolam is used to treat anxiety disorders and panic attacks. Alprazolam is in a class of medications called benzodiazepines. It works by decreasing abnormal excitement in the brain. How should this medicine be used? Alprazolam comes as a tablet and a concentrated solution (liquid) to take by mouth. It usually is taken two to four times a day. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take alprazolam exactly as directed. To take the concentrated liquid, use only the dropper that came with your prescription. Draw into the dropper the amount prescribed for one dose. Squeeze the dropper contents into a liquid or semi-solid food such as water, juice, soda, applesauce, or pudding. Stir the liquid or food gently for a few seconds. The concentrated liquid will blend completely with the food. Drink or eat the entire mixture immediately. Do not store for future use. Your doctor will probably start you on a low dose of alprazolam and gradually increase your dose, not more than once every 3 or 4 days. Alprazolam can be habit-forming. Do not take a larger dose or take it more often or for a longer time than your doctor tells you to. Do not stop taking alprazolam without talking to your doctor. Suddenly stopping to take alprazolam may worsen your condition and cause withdrawal symptoms (anxiousness, sleeplessness, irritability, and seizures). Withdrawal symptoms may be worse if you take more than 4 mg of alprazolam every day. Your doctor will decrease your dose gradually. Other uses for this medicine Alprazolam also is used sometimes to treat depression, fear of open spaces (agoraphobia), and premenstrual syndrome. Talk to your doctor about the possible risks of using this medication for your condition. This medication may be prescribed for other uses; ask your doctor or pharmacist for more information. What special precautions should I follow? Before taking alprazolam, tell your doctor and pharmacist if you are allergic to alprazolam, chlordiazepoxide (Librium, Librax), clonazepam (Klonopin), clorazepate (Tranxene), diazepam (Valium), estazolam (ProSom), flurazepam (Dalmane), halazepam (Paxipam), lorazepam (Ativan), oxazepam (Serax), prazepam (Centrax), quazepam (Doral), temazepam (Restoril), triazolam (Halcion), or any other medications. tell your doctor if you are taking itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral). Your doctor willl probably tell you not to take alprazolam. tell your doctor and pharmacist what other prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products you are taking. Be sure to mention any of the following: amiodarone (Cordarone, Pacerone); antidepressants ('mood elevators') such as desipramine (Norpramin), imipramine (Tofranil), and nefazodone (Serzone); antifungals such as fluconazole (Diflucan); antihistamines; cimetidine (Tagamet); clarithromycin (Biaxin); cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune); diltiazem (Cardizem, Dilacor, Tiazac); ergotamine (Cafatine, Cafergot, Wigraine, others); erythromycin (E.E.S., E-Mycin, Erythrocin); isoniazid (INH, Nydrazid); medications for mental illness and seizures; nicardipine (Cardene); nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia); oral contraceptives (birth control pills); propoxyphene (Darvon); selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as fluoxetine (Prozac, Sarafem), fluvoxamine (Luvox), paroxetine (Paxil), and sertraline (Zoloft); sedatives; sleeping pills; and tranquilizers. Your doctor may need to change the doses of your medications or monitor you carefully for side effects. tell your doctor if you have or have ever had glaucoma; depression; or lung, kidney, or liver disease. tell your doctor if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding. If you become pregnant while taking alprazolam, call your doctor immediately. talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of taking this medication if you are 65 years of age or older. Older adults should receive low doses of alprazolam because higher doses may not work better and may cause serious side effects. if you are having surgery, including dental surgery, tell the doctor or dentist that you are taking alprazolam. you should know that alprazolam may make you drowsy. Do not drive a car or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you. talk to your doctor about the safe use of alcohol while you are taking this medication. The last time I had it was a little over a year ago. I stopped getting my period when I started working. When I got my job I lost twenty pounds and it has been a little stressful, but the past week has not been so bad. I heard Vitex was good, but some people can and might experience depression and suicidal thoughts from taking it. As my family is prone to depression spells and suicidal tendencies, I was looking for something that might help jump start my period again that was less likely to cause such side effects. I am five feet tall and a hundred and ten pounds. There's plenty of fat here, so I am not worried about that being the problem. Any advice, other than 'go see you doctor right away!' would be most appreciated. I have not had a regular cycle since I got my first period almost ten years ago but never gone this long without having it at least once a year, but that is the same way it is with my sisters and it is attributed to problems on my fathers side. I just want to know if it works and how well it works. I do not want to know about any other stretch mark cream product and pleasee DO NOT post this: There are creams out there that can help get rid of your stretch marks, but you need to find the right one. I found this on the site I put in the source box below: Things to look for in a stretch mark cream There are a lot of creams and ointments out there that claim to remove stretch marks. The best way to fight stretch marks is to increase your skins flexibility before your stretch marks start appearing by using a topical cream on the area before the skin starts to show stretch marks. If you already have stretch marks, hope is not lost. There are creams out there that contain ingredients that help heal the skin while minimizing scar tissue. Some of the key ingredients that you will want to make sure your cream contains are: Vitamin A Palmitate Vitamin A is an essential vitamin and is best known for having positive effects on vision. However Vitamin A is just as important to the largest organ; the skin. Clinical studies have shown vitamin A to have properties that block the absorption of harmful UVA and UVB rays, as well as a stimulating effect on cell regeneration. It has been clinically shown to improve the appearance of striae (stretch marks) and regulate epidermal (skin) cell growth. Aloe Vera Extract Aloe vera has been shown in clinical studies to have a positive effect on wound healing and holds anti-inflammatory properties. As stretch marks start out as microscopic tears in skin layers due to overstretching of the dermis, aloe vera helps heal these small wounds without causing scar tissue to form, effectively preventing the appearance of stretch marks. Aloe vera has been used for thousands of years by the Egyptians, Romans, Greeks, Arabs, Indians and Chinese to decrease the appearance of scars and to moisturize and heal skin. This extract from the aloe leaf protects skin from environmental factors and promotes skin regeneration. Grapefruit Seed Extract Grapefruit seed extract is a natural antibiotic used for many different types of skin ailments. It is a powerful ingredient to aid in the healing of skin damage. Grapefruit seed extract helps to restore damaged collagen and elastin, which strengthens and retextures the skin. As collagen and elastin are responsible for the skins elasticity, improving and stimulating production of the connective tissue cells will prevent skin from tearing and thus prevent the formation of stretch marks. The condition of the skins connective tissue also dictates how well the skin contracts after pregnancy. So not only does this compound improve the condition of your stretching skin, after the delivery it will also aid in the contraction of your skin to its previous appearance. DL-Penthenol DL-Penthenol is the scientific name for pro-vitamin B5. It has healing properties on damaged skin as it works to improve the structure of both the lower and upper skin layers. DL-Panthenol soothes skin while stimulating cell growth and differentiation. This ingredient aids in the regeneration of the skin, therefore aiding in reducing the appearance of existing stretch marks by replacing the scar tissue with new skin cells. It also acts to prevent stretch marks by promoting collagen and elastin production, which allows your skin to stretch without rupturing and causing stretch marks. A cream that has shown to be highly effective at preventing stretch marks as well as healing stretch marks that you already have is Stretch Mark Prevention by Revitol. Whether you are afraid that stretch marks may be in your future of if they are already a part of your life, the Stretch Mark Prevention cream is the product you will want on your side! ..... Hi, I'm 19 years old and I identify myself as genderqueer (neither M or F, or both M & F). I am seeking top surgery to attain a more masculine upper body physique. I've started hitting the gym and taking a vitamin and protein/creatine regimen to increase my muscle mass gain and fat loss, but I'm curious if all my efforts will go to waste. I don't plan on taking testosterone, in doing so I'm afraid I may maintain a girlish figure. I was wondering if estrogen blockers were a good alternative to T that would allow me to better use the testosterone my body creates naturally without the side effects being as significant as the use of T would? Any suggestions?Sorry, I guess I should have been a little more clear in defining genderqueer. I don't want to transition to a male, but that doesn't mean I'm comfortable in my skin. I prefer my sexual organs the way they are, aside from my upper body. I understand how important estrogen is to the body, being part of the medical field. I was just wondering if anyone had used blockers as an alternative. Understand, I wouldn't be ridding myself of both hormones, but simply allowing my body to use the T it makes naturally instead of converting it to estrogen. From what i've read over body building and ftm websites, the female body naturally produces testosterone which for the most part is converted to estrogen. But that could be wrong. But the theory here is that by using an estrogen inhibitor, that testosterone won't be allowed to convert to estrogen. I'm not looking for body builder gains of course, but I am interested in a more masculine physique. Thanks for all the feedback. moreVoting Question: How come '' Superbug Bacteria'' is irrelevant to Indian Antibiotics, Treatment & U.K,Europe, U.S.A. Govt.'s ?

So right now im 19 and i was diagnosed with adhd when i was small but i was very very smart and absoloutley in love with life. i was put on medication from the time i was about 7 years old, ritalin, welbutrin, risperdal, tenex, abilify, pristiq, cymbalta and that's to name a few. i was put on them by the perceptions of others and not based on exactly how i was feeling until i reached high school when i felt like i was depressed. i always felt like my parents were keeping me away from all the other kids when i was smaller due to my hyperactivity so once i reached high school i felt as if i needed to just leave the parental nest and do my own thing and that's when i started smoking marijuana because i would tell people about how i felt and they said weed would do it for me and i listened although unaware of the potential side effects, and sure enough for a while it did the job of alleviating my stress. i did it about 3 times between freshman & sophomore year, then once junior year hit i changed to another school and i started doing it about a couple times a month and stopped my medications. then once senior year hit i was doing it every day. the daily use lasted for about 10 months and i felt like i was fine. then about 4 months ago when i was at work i felt this overwhelming sensation of emotional distress and felt like i wasn't even in the right state of mind to drive myself home. ever since then ive felt in a fog like state, which i have researched and seems like some sort of depersonalization. my memory, grammar, train of thought, motivation, enjoyment of life, and sex drive has all taken a deep dive in the past 4 months. i have felt a complete lack of emotion except for sadness and worry. everything that used to be enjoyable just seems like its nothing anymore. i have stopped smoking after i first felt this way but it hasn't really gone away. im going through a bad depression due to all of these symptoms and im just really worried that i wont be able to get my life back on track like it used to be and im afraid that the prescription medications that i was put on since i was small might also have some sort of permanent effect on the way my brain developed. i only have 1 life to live and i really just want some kind of help to get back to normal. the motivation to get help is there but it seems like the motivation of living everyday life has decreased significantly. ive read a lot of the q's & a's on yahoo answers relating to this topic and im just real worried that this might not ever go away. the main reason why i smoked was to try and mask the emotional pains of my upbringing and my parents divorce. basically im just wondering if there is any sort of way to help the brain to reset itself in anyway or if some sort of vitamins will help restore the brains connections to where they used to be or if some kind of hypno therapy or electro shock therapy will help me get out of this fog or just about anything. ive already tried acupuncture, ive seen a psychiatrist and a counselor and they all say its depression, but when i was diagnosed with depression in the past i was a complete 180 emotionally compared to what i feel like now. ive had an mri and everything was fine. im researching to see if an fmri or a spect scan will see if there are any potential damage that the normal mri missed. i would be willing to try anything at this point because im just in a real big bind because of all this and its made my motivation to live really difficult. im hesitant to take medications because of their side effects. even when i wasnt smoking marijuana i felt a slight overall decrease in happiness over the years. im not sure if thats medication related or if its just because i was getting over the inital happiness of being alive or if it was because of my parent's gradual marriage collapse...idk. any help in the positive direction would be greatly appreciated because this was an absolute life changing event for me and its not like i had been smoking consistently for years so im just really afraid at this point. i just want to be cured because this feeling is extremely hard to deal with and i feel like im just living day to day and the view of my future has been mostly diminished due to all of this. any help or positive reinforcement would be greatly appreciated. thank you. moreResolved Question: Acne and Vitamin A good?

Follow up tests showed I was back with Osteopenia. Dr. put me on Fosamax then switched me back to Actonel!. Over the last year, my fine hair has gotten drastically thin. I can't wear it down anymore because you can see through to the scalp in different places. 1.) The women in my family have thin hair, but not like this. Mine is much thinner and you don't see their scalp. 2.) Yes, I have had a lot of stress in the last 2 months, but before that it was nothing out of the ordinary. My hair does seem to have thinned out alot more in the last 4 months or so. 3.) No, I have not been to a doctor. I do not have health insurance. I started taking a multi-vitamin and hair supplements (which is pretty much a B complex vitamin) about two weeks ago. 4.) I have not color treated my hair or done anything else with chemicals to it in over 2 years. 5.) I just recently quit smoking cigarettes. 6.) I tried getting my hair cut to above my shoulders, and it doesn't seem to have really helped much. It makes the bottom half look nice and full, but it's the top part that I'm having the problems with. 7.) I know that wearing it back tightly can cause damage- but I can't wear it down because you can see scalp patches. Wearing it in a ponytail is the only option right now. 8.) It is not breakage- on the pieces that come out, the white bulb is on the end. I just don't know what to do. I don't want to use Minoxidil because (1) the side effects aren't the best and (2) it's a lifetime committment and (3) it's very inconvenient for women to use. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I feel like I'm pretty young for this to be happening and am honestly starting to get depressed and feel hopeless. I'm also not thin enough to shave it all off (nor confident enough). moreResolved Question: Can I take Vitamin C everyday? What are the possible side effects?
