This might sound odd... I like Foo Fighters but I'm embarrassed to admit it sometimes! I can tell they have talent I like the style and I like the songs. Some people seem to think of them as a "boy band" or something with some of the looks I get. Open Question: One hamster just ate the other's leg, what do I do?? PLEASEEE HELP?

After the death of my previous hamster, I got 2 female dwarf hamsters (nirvana and zeppelin) and they lived peacefully in a large cage together. They never fought or anything. I was just heading to bed, and when i went to check on them, nirvana was eating zeppelin's leg. Zeppelin's bone is exposed and there's no foot left. The skin is torn, but I can't tell if its bleeding (she's lying on her side). I thought she was dead (her eyes are closed) but she's still breathing. I separated them into separate cages. I understand that cannibalism in hamsters is (in an odd way) normal... but i'm 16, home alone, and it's almost 3 AM. Spare me, i was desperate and did try to call a few local vets, but to no avail. What should I do? I'm afraid to touch her, as she's in enough pain. I don't think I could kill Zep myself but I can't watch her suffer. So should I wrap the leg, or just leave her alone. Any help is greatly appreciated. more

I just got an iPod Touch, and downloaded iTunes 8.02. I am having some serious sorting issues. Given that I can't sort manually (bummer!), is there a way to sort the music in iTunes so that it stays sorted that way in my iPod? Basically I want the music to be sorted by Album, then Track number, then Name (because a lot of my files have no track number, but are part of lists that have numbers in the name, eg 001 - Metallica - Unforgiven... 002 - Nirvana - Nevermind, etc.) Any help at all, or a link to a good webpage that deals with sensible sorting in iTunes would be fantastic. I love old music such as pink floyd, acdc, the doors, led zeppelin, the who, the eagles, the rolling stones etc... i love old metal such as slayer, metallica, ozzy osbourne etc. I love grunge, and some 90's pop. I also like some newer metal like system of a down. My favorite bands are system of a down, tool, nirvana, and pink floyd. I occasionaly like pop song but not too many. i hate hip hop but can take a country song. my point is, am i a poser because i like new bands like system of a down and older bands? should i only like one?I'm definately not gonna stop listening to what i like. And i agree with the person who said that about how people hear one song by a band and suddenly they are a fan of that band. Why? Always baffles me. It's a little overly stereotypical don't you think? I guess it's because they think they're going to be the next Nirvana or something, I don't know. "Modern Guilt" Beck "Narrow Stairs" Death Cab for Cutie "The Odd Couple" Gnarls Barkley "Evil Urges" My Morning Jacket "In Rainbows" Radiohead My baby sister, 16, got me listening to alternative or indie rock as a majority of her growing music library consists of such artists, including all the nominees except for My Morning Jacket. Death Cab for Cutie has gotten recognition from my Clear Channel-based rock station, Krab Radio; whenever it doesn't play Nirvana, Metallica, Sublime, or the Foo Fighters, I can hear "I Will Possess Your Heart" or "Cath" occasionally. Assuming the Recording Academy still consists of the coots who have only heard "Loser" or "Creep" by Beck or Radiohead respectively regularly (Krab Radio also regularly plays those hits), those two artists along w/ Gnarls Barkley are likely to win. But I hope they pick some fresh tunes, so I wish 2 c DC4C get the Grammy. Any My Morning Jacket fans out there?
